We're partnering with a growing organization in the Vancouver area to hire a contract Payroll Specialist with strong UKG Workforce Management and/or UKG Ready experience.

What You'll Do

• Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time
• Audit timecards, resolve discrepancies, and ensure correct pay rules
• Maintain employee payroll records and support HR with updates
• Assist with payroll taxes, deductions, and garnishments
• Provide responsive support to employees regarding pay questions

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with UKG
• 2+ years of payroll processing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Multi-state payroll experience is a plus
